MEDIATIONS ARE NOW CONDUCTED VIA ZOOM VIDEO FOR THE CONVENIENCE OF ALL
In March 2020 the courts throughout Florida cancelled all in person mediations and hearings.
As a result of Covid the use of video conferencing has evolved and become the standard forum for mediations. Zoom offers many advantages for everyone. Parties can be moved into private rooms and if/or when an agreement is reached parties can view online with screen share, revisions made and sent to parties for signatures all from the comforts of their home or office.
Herzog Mediation still has available mediation facilities located within Harbour Village Executive Center in Panama City, Florida, and the Regus Alliance Center in Tallahassee, Florida. Both are handicap accessible.
