We offer Mediation Services (ADR) throughout the State Of Florida, specializing in mediating personal injury and law enforcement related cases, but also mediation cases involving debt mediation, victim-offender, landlord/tenant, community meditations and homeowner associations.
As a Florida Supreme Court certified circuit, family, dependency, and appellate mediator, Thomas Herzog serves at the request of the court and parties to provide neutral/impartial assistance with resolution discussions. His goal is to offer cost efficient alternatives to litigation in an environment that facilitates effective compromise and decision-making empowerment for the parties.
No administration fees, preparation, travel charges, or costs are ever assessed
within the 2nd or 14th Judicial Circuit.
