ABOUT TOM HERZOG
Tom Herzog, originally from Des Plaines, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago, moved to Miami, Florida, to continue his college education. In 1972, he graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Following graduation, he attended The Metropolitan Police Institute, where he received certification from the Board of Police Officer Standards and Training as a Police Officer in Florida. Over the years, Tom completed more than thirty specialty training programs covering a range of subjects, including Child Abuse Investigation, Traffic Homicide, Civil Liability, Injury and Death Investigation, Railroad Grade Crossing Investigations, and Dignitary Protection.
Tom is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a County, Circuit, Family, and Dependency Mediator, with extensive mediation experience across Florida’s 2nd and 14th Judicial Circuits. He specializes in mediating personal injury and law enforcement-related cases and also handles cases involving debt, victim-offender issues, landlord/tenant disputes, community matters, and homeowner associations.
