Besides being a beautiful picture have you ever wondered what the symbolic meaning is for the bald eagle and the weighing scales?
The bald eagle was chosen June 20, 1782 as the emblem of the United States of America. Used on our Great Seal because of its long life, great strength,
and majestic looks with outstretched wings and legs, the eagle is symbolic of freedom, authority, and power.

Afterwards and at no additional cost each party will receive a copy of the signed paperwork. The mediator will then file the originals at the courthouse or E-file.

Marital assets and liabilities must be distributed equitably in most circumstances. Assets include houses, cash, bank accounts, retirement accounts, cars, boats, and anything of monetary value. Liabilities include mortgages, credit card debt, student loans, and other debts. Some things that you brought into the marriage can be considered non-marital assets in certain cases, and therefore not subject to distribution. A Family Law Financial Affidavit must be completed and submitted with your Marital Settlement Agreement. (F.S. 61.075)
