This is the story of a small boy who came to the scene of an accident. The police had cordoned off the road, and a bridge where a truck driving at 40 or 50 miles an hour had tried to drive under and became stuck underneath the bridge. The traffic was stopped and there were several tow trucks trying to pull the truck out from under the bridge. A little boy came to the edge of the crowd and he asked the policeman “What’s going on?” and the policeman said, “Well the truck is stuck under the bridge.” The boy said, “What are they doing?” The policeman said, “They are trying to pull it out and they just aren’t able to. The truck was so solidly jammed under the bridge.”
So the little boy looked past the policeman and looked back at him and said, “Why don’t they let the air out of the tires?” The policeman looked down at him, and he looked back at all those grown men trying to pull this truck back out from under the bridge. He shook his head and went back down the hill and this is exactly what they did. They let the air out of the tires and the truck just backed out as easy as pie. The little boy had the ability to see things from a different perspective and every single one of us has that capability.
The little boy unknowingly tapped into the realm of SuperConscious reasoning. Or in simple terms looking at the issues from a different perspective.
The SuperConscious mind is the source of all creativity, intuition, flashes of insights, hunches, inspiration, motivation, the ability to see things in a brand new way, and new ideas that help us move towards goal attainment.

Presuit Mediation is an informal process where the parties meet with an impartial mediator in an attempt to address disputes and reach a mutual agreement resolving the disputes.
Mediation frequently is, but does not have to be, in connection with a lawsuit. While mediation may be ordered by the court, section 44.102, Florida Statutes, it may also be voluntarily initiated by the parties either before or after filing a lawsuit. Further, there are statutes that call for mediation when no lawsuit is pending.
Presuit Mediation has significant advantages over court-ordered mediation. Presuit Mediation occurs before costly litigation has ever been commenced and is handled outside the judicial system. Unlike court-ordered mediation, Presuit Mediation is not required to comply with the Florida Statutes and the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure requirements.
