CONVENIENT ZOOM MEDIATIONS
Since the COVID-19 pandemic began in China, in December 2019 and spread worldwide in early 2020. The World Health Organization (WHO) declared the outbreak a public health emergency of international concern (PHEIC) on 30 January 2020 and became a pandemic in March 2020.
Most everything closed down including schools, restaurants, and stores as well as state and federal court systems.
As a result of Covid the use of Zoom video conferencing has evolved and become the standard forum for hearings and mediations. Parties can be moved into private rooms and if/or when an agreement is reached parties can view online with screen share and/or revisions made and sent to parties for signatures all from the comfort of their home or office.
