At Herzog Mediation the health and safety of our clients is always a priority.  We are closely monitoring the current situation surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) through federal, state and local authorities.  We maintain procedures to help ensure we are able to continue business during times such as these, and we are following those plans.

We are taking precautionary steps, such as cleaning and sanitizing work areas and encouraging clients to wash their hands thoroughly as a further precaution.

All currently scheduled mediations whether private, court ordered, or through state programs will be held as scheduled.

Since the situation is fluid we may utilize telephonic mediations for some private and court ordered programs in the coming weeks.
