Recently Herzog Mediation, LLC (Tom Herzog) reached a new milestone having mediated over one thousand cases. 

The majority were face to face mediations although a small percentage were telephonic mediations where one or more parties appeared via telephone.  In most of those cases a judge issued an order allowing a party to appear via telephone. 

Many mediations have been successfully resolved with this type of mediation but they lacked the face to face contact with the party appearing on the telephone.

I am pleased to announce that Herzog Mediation, LLC has changed to the new norm until it is safe again for face to face mediations.   We are now offering Video conference mediations with the capability to separate parties into private conference rooms and join them back together as needed.

Telephonic or video mediations may not be ideal but in the current situation with Coronavirus it is the best and safest option we have to keep cases moving through the court system to resolution.
